I say this not because of my experience on stage, my skillset as a speaker, or my ability to connect with people. I say this because I’m obsessed with what I do!  After I ignite the employee, I create a space for them to start believing in their talents, gain confidence and discover how they can contribute to the organization in a productive and fulfilling way.
